Need a little advice...

Ive decided that trying to turn my RS into a street ripper is just not a tangible possiblity being that im in college and that takes alot of time and money. Not to mention that this is my daily driver and drivability is a must. What i do want to do is just try a few mods to help a little in the hp and fuel economy as well:

Exhaust: Already got what i feel to be the best setup for my purposes. Custom bent (no muffler) with 2 1/2 inch resonated tips.

Induction: Plan on SLP CAI in the next couple of months.

The last thing i think that would probably be a big help is the rocker arms. Ive researched on the board and cant find any definites. (too many to count). So if yall could tell me what would be good...ie... split ratio, same ratio, and what ratios, that would be awesome. Thanks alot guys.

I would go with the zzperformance split ratio setup (GT) if I were to do rockers. Personally I'm a "do a cam or dont touch it" kind of guy, but thats only because of the difference in gains for the same amount of labor. Cams are far easier to install in an fbody than in a Grand Prix.

Yeah, if you want to do rocker arms wait a month.. If you pick up GM high tech they have a review of the SLP kit...

However, I personaly am doing a review (w/dynos) of a new ZZP kit.. the kit will be out to general public later (i dont really know when)..
I will have my review done at the end of this month..

Thanks for the info and i'll definatly be looking forward to both reviews. I just started my subscripiton with gm high per magazine. My super chevy ran out and they never really did a whole lot on f bodies anyways.
