DOING a rebuild, misc. questions

ok, like the subject says i am doing a rebuild, i will be doing it as soon as i can locate all the parts ill need, heres what i have found so far.

1. l32 rods (from gmdirect)
2. diamond forged l67 pistons (still taking opinions on compression)
3. main & rod bearings from intense

heres what i knowi need but have questions about:

1. oil pump (amyone have a gmpart # or know where to get a good one?)
2. cam bearings (same as above)
3. Soft plugs? (was told i would want to replace these on the cam, i dont know what they are or where to get them)
4. valves (looking at manley valves from intense, or the lesser expensive si valves from zzp... taking opinions)
5. gaskets (if anyone has already done the legwork on the whole shot of gaskets i would need w/ part #'s it would be a miracle (including torque conv.seal))

i think thats about it for now, i AM really doing this, NOT just gauging interest, and i wanna do it asap, so all opinions will be greatly appreciated and looked into.

ok i found the part # for the gm gaskit kit including gaskets for the heads, u & l intake, valve covers, and manifold seal.

i still need:
1. rear main
2. front main
3. t.c. seal
and what else??
