MSD Digital Ignition - Enhancements?

What kind of enhancements would I hope to expect If I were to install an MSD Digital Ignition? I guess my question is, is it worth the money?

I cant really say too much because I havent tried it. But I hear alot of people saying it is worthless on the 3.8. Im not sure about the 3.1.

Since you have a 91 I would suggest the MSD 7A or 7AL ignition with a blaster coil. I've had this on my 92 305 car for about 60K miles. The 7A has been around much longer and will provide you less problems over a digital MSD, plus it's cheaper too.
