Nothing, I just took a pic comparing the 1.9:1 to the stock rocker(1.6:1). ;)

It is alot of work isn't it? hehe..... I wouldn't port a set for less than 600 for that amount of work.

Looks good. I have read many different views on that. Some say it doesn't matter and is only cosmetic and alot of shops do it because that is what the customer is expecting. Some say it will decrease carbon build up and reduce detonation. I didn't have a mirror shine on mine, but I did polish it up. Just avoid taking out too much as every little bit you remove lowers your compression.

looks VERY nice...

i'm doing my intake manifolds right now with some dremel supplies and good ol' sand paper.
my lower into the heads looks GOOD...combustion chambers look SWEET man.
what all have you used?

The dremel bits i used are:

Those are the most important. The extension tool is really good to use.

i don't really care too much for the 932, as i had some problems with keeping that one even...but i do faithfully employ the others. Very nice job they do.

gonna use some buffing wheels too, see what i can do with those.

i ported out and am polishing the lower where it meets the heads. i'm pretty much just removing the rough casting and polishing up the lower where it meets the upper.
the upper is gonna get a good working over though

you talkin to me? if so...
i pretty much took the intake manifold gasket and ported it to that size. there was a decent amount of meat to work with there...
i dunno what i'm gonna do to the upper manifold...that's gonna be a LOT of work

Yeah i gasket matched and then in the bowl and pocket area i pretty much just took the casting off and made it a smooth area.
