I was one of the GP on the rockers. I'm just going to leave my stock springs in there. Although I only have 51,800 miles compared to your 81,000. Plus I very rarely go to the drag strip and maybe once every 3 times I take it out do I ever really get on it. So, I say my springs should be in A OK shape. Can't wait on the rockers though. Titanium are the best, they are lighter, about 40% over stock. Chromemolly is another option too if you don't want to shell out the bucks for titanium.Michael Huff
92 RS, 98 V6, 97 SS, 00 Z28
http://www.carolinafbodyclub.com/

Let me clarify.....The LS1 and LS6 Springs are taller. Could present coil binding as a problem. The spring seats are the same. My mind was on valves when I wrote the first post. It can be done...Would I do it with James setup....No.Eric
