i have the same problem. of course, mine is because i mis-adjusted my rocker arms when i put them on the car (after taking my 1.6 roller tipped rockers off) -- my car now makes a pretty loud tap tap tap tap to the idle of the car.
at high rpms it gets drowned out, so the only time you can really hear it is at idle. you can adjust your rocker arms yourself if you feel adventurous. for the best instructions: go to crane cams and look up how to adjust rocker arms on their site (its pretty much a standard thing)

Oh and BTW, next time I don't want to see a vid where I can see up some guys nose 1/2 the time :D
