Hey guys, I'd rather post this in Adv tech where someone w/ the knowledge might actually see it and help me out here. I'm growing a little tired of this problem. Long story short my stock pump stopped working, it wasn't cycling through so I replaced it with a walboro 255. I'm not using a bucket for a few reasons while I know I should however that is not the issue here. I used the supplied wire adapters to hook up the pump to the harness, I also triple checked everything before I put it in, all the connections are made. Everything looks good. I put it in connect the lines back up from the top and tighten it down. The fuel filter is replaced, and I got a new relay in. However, when I go to turn my ignition and let it sit, I can't hear the fuel pump cycle through, my old one wasn't doing it either when I replaced it. What the hell is going on here. It looks like it's not low on voltage. I don't get it. Please help!!!

As in you cannot hear it priming the system when you turn the key forward? Have you put a volt-meter on the wires back at the pump to see if they are getting fire? If so, what are the voltages at each step (ie: key forward, running, etc)? Also have you put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail to see what your pressure looks like?www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

Ok I got the problem solved. I checked every fuse in the system, I looked over everything for like 30min. And I figured it has to be something PCM related because thats whats controlling it. I checked the PCM Batt Fuse, nothing, so I checked the PCM/IGN fuse again and it wasn't blown but the backside looked kinda fuzzy on the fuse part. So I replaced it and it cycled right through. It would suck if that was my problem all along, but I guess i'll never know, lol. Fuel pump works great, car runs nice. I'm running it w/o the bucket btw.
