I have a 99 5spd 3.8L camaro and I was wondering what mods I should do next. I have Flowmasters 40 seris, Super Sucker Ram Air kit and a whisper air lid. What should I do next? I would like to keep it under or a round $600 dollars. I was thinking headers, a new comp. chip, or mabe even NOS. Which one should I go with first. And which has a better "bang for the buck"?

Bang for buck nitrous of course. This does put your engine in danger though, but hey its fun while it lasts right, lol.
Safe yet effective mod would be to get a take off rear from a z or ss that has new gears and lsd unless u got that already.
Headers don't give you much hp for the cost of them, but do give a nice sound even though they can be a pain to maintain with tightening the leaks and such.
