It all depends on what kind of power you want to produce. The shelf cams such as the 2030 are definitely good upgrades from stock, but if you want more power, you will have to go with a custom grind.

that is the 2030 cam josh was reffering to, yeah its an upgrade, but wont produce much more power than the stock cam (also its kinda of debated weather it would work on our cars also)
I dont know too much about the custom grinds I would like an off the shelf one. I usually do things right when working on my car. So I am probably going to replace the springs, pushrods, lifters, and roller rockers all at once anyways. I dont like going back through things. Thanks for all the response. Also I will be doing the work myself so if anyone has any suggestions on that feel fre and but in. :D
could someone put up a response with the different 3.4 cam options, then what they would be good for, like from low gain to high gain, NA cam, turbo cam.? it would be extremely helpful

Without turbo mind you. Post up your ideas. </font>[/QUOTE]Ive done quite a bit of wokr in the NA department as well on these. What are you shooting for? What power, how much to spend?
Well lets say I dont want to spend over a grand on a cam swap. I would like to hit at LEAST 14.9's with a cam swap. I am purchasing a full exhaust system soon, to prep for this, so I will have some time on my hands to think also. Also I will be doing the work myself. I always do. Thanks for advice.
