Im telling you for the 3.4 you cant beat the power max for non custom power, check out www.Jegs.com they offer a very nice selection of cams for all applications. ( i should get paid commision for this!!!)Proving that import racers aint got **** on Domestic Muscle. Long live the CAMARO!
Soon to come- Powermax Cam/ Crane Lifters

there is not a decent cam anywhere out there that would give any decent gains without ported heads along with it and bigger Tb while youre at it. Ive seen all the powermax cams, the good ones would still need other things like I said above.

Custom grind is the way to go. It's not that much more expensive and you will get exactly what you want.
Get the heads ported and polished though...they are a major restriction.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

Well, I have pretty high mileage on my 3.4. I know I need some more mods. Before the cam swap, I will be doing an aluminum driveshaft and a full exhaust system. But I dont think 14.9's would be to far out of reach with a cam and ported and polished heads. And I will hold that opinion. Hell I almost hit 15's with only a drop K&N filter. And that with like a 2.5 60'. So I have hope. But thanks for the replies. WHat kind of custom intake manifolds do they offer for the 3.4? Does anybody make any, or would you have to tell someone to build you one. That sounds pretty expensive already. Ouch. :(Jordan
15.09@90.7
1995 Camaro 3.4 M5

14.9 holy crap i'd settle for 15.7/9 with a cam alone. Hell SNUGGLES A.K.A mustangeater got like a 15.4 with a T/A rear end and no head/piston or throttle work right? so maybe a 14.9 is possible just need to know what wakes the car up right, i mean a cam won't get you much hp on a 3.4 but it's better than nothin' right?---Niño---
95\' silver 5 spd

yeah the intake manifolds seem to be the drawback on the 3.4's, does anyone know of an alternative? i see the fiero upper manifolds bolt right up... are there any custom 3.4's out there?\'94 Firebird, 3.4 M5.
Arctic white w/ red anniversary stripe. There are only a few of the custom intake manifolds out there. Tiago and I both have one, but not too many other people do. Nutek used to make them and they were around $800 or so. Our intake manifolds let us use the LT1 throttle body. I am using the BBK twin 58mm throttle body and it runs great!- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance
