When I mash hard on the gas, I get white smoke the spews out of my exhaust followed my a lil bit of black smoke as i let off, then it goes back to normal. I know the heads and intake manifolds are clean, because i just p&p my heads and intake manifolds. Any ideas?

Check the engine oil for any coolant mixed in the oil. Good chance you have a leaky head gasket if you get white smoke. Pressure test your cooling system and see if you have any coolant leaking out the side of the head. Is your coolant low?
