rebuild 3.4 engine

what parts would I need if I plan to rebuild my 3.4

That depends. what do you want to do? performance? just freshen the motor up? are you talking just a heads off rebuild or you gonna try to tackle the bottom end as well? If you are doing performance, do you wanna go N/A, N2O, FI? Also, what kind of budget are you dealing with... give us some more info and we'll be glad to help ya...

well usually to freshen the motor since it has 135k and to gain some performance if thats possible :D

i say bore it .020" over, get an NA cam, forged internals, upgrade the valvetrain/heads, and lots and lots of juice :D

i take it this is a daily driver, correct? is it burning oil? if so is it only on startup? is the motor having any troubles you havnt mentioned? do you beat on the car an excessive ammount?

I don't know about anyone else but the 3.4 I modded wouldn't handle a 100 shot. Even with studs, the head gaskets would last only a couple of passes. The deck thinkness of the heads isn't enough to prevent the heads from warping.
