stupid cuestion about the rpm's

this my first car so o have no idea about anything, ok mi car doesn't go higer than 5 rpm's ,is that right, it that come from the compuer,the car is stock

if you are revving it up wile in neutral and sitting still, it won't go ever 5000rpm. If you are driving, it will cutoff at about 5900rpm.

Your idle rev limit will be lower than your driving rev limit.

Also, it is not uncommon for our tach to be up to 500 rpm off.
