Any modern day cars use Speed Density system?

My coworker has one.... mentioned something about speed density... maybe I'm wrong though

I cant think of any new cars running speed density.

I know a few of the LS1 guys use speed density tuning. I think with really large injectors, the car will run better driving around with SD tuning but its harder to tune it.

why does it run better in SD?..and why do people tune it for that?..i need my MAF for the juice..but im just curious..i've seen people ask before
