I took my car out today and it appears to have transmisson problems.. It doesnt go to third gear or second im not sure. Its a automatic transmission . I also noticed that the Speedometer is not working either. Everything else is just not that. Any one have any clues of what this might be? Could it be an electrical problem?

Did your car sit for a while, do you beat on it / race it / stall it up / etc? I don't know much about A/T's, but if changing the fluid doesn't fix it, it probably needs to be rebuilt.
