  • What plugs and wires for new ignition?

I got a used distributor off ebay for about $9 and after I cleaned it up real good I packed it with all new stuff.
A holley ICM, new cap and rotor, MSD blaster SS ignition coil, new pick up coil and reset the pick up gap to about .015''.
It is for my V6 3.4 with a crane 272 cam.
What plugs and wires should I get?

AC Delco Rapidfire plugs are good and MSD wires are nice. Accel wires are also good, but have a higher resistance than the MSDs do.

Autolite plugs are about the best all around plugs you can get.
MSD wires are the best in my opinion too.

NGK Tr-55 plugs are the best plugs, and Taylor 8mm wires are great wires for the price.

NGKs are good but word is they have to be changed out sooner than others. I'd say AC Delco Rapidfires and MSD wires.

Agreed. Taylor wires are the best. I had some accel wires for my 3.8 and they were like $75 bucks, i liked my taylors better. I have never had problems with NGK plugs. Dont get Bosch they seem to not work so well in our cars. From my experience anyhow.
