Comp is very hard to get ahold of today. I keep calling and it is busy. I got through one time but this guy told me he was going to lunch so he would call me back in an hour and a half. Very unproffesional of him. I dont have all day to be waiting for his phone call. And I call and its busy? what the hell is that. I am very frustrated right now. I am calling them because I have heard they are out of cores for our engines. I just wanted to verify this with comp. Have any of you heard the same thing. I will post with results when I recieve there callback. But please let me know what you have heard.

Ive heard some GTP company bought 30 cores. Who is this company?

      They have 10 cores left.

I need to know cam specs and fast.

I am considering single pattern cam like 212/212 520/520 112LS

      Or

      206/212 520/520 113 LS.

I think the second cam is better for computer controlled and a little more mild. But I feel the first cam will make more power and be a bit more aggressive. Magnus I believe you have the first cam I mentioned. Do you like it? These are the two cams comp recomended. If you have something different please say. I am ordering this cam today. Enough F$!cking around about it. I need help fast.

the first one is the one I chose.. its very nice.

It's not TOO agressive where the car isn't driveable any more. It has a nice chop to it and does make power.

I think its a good choice.

Comp told me they dont have a 214 lobe.

Well its final. I have ordered the cam. Should be here in a 2-3 weeks. Too bad I cant do business with Tom because he's a great help. But I think the fresh core from comp is the way to go.

            I got :

            212/212 520/520@1.6 112LS.

Its final. Should be here in 2-3 weeks. Cost $304 plus shipping. Hope I like this one.

Awesome, I believe though that you can order a COMP grind THROUGH Tom.

I'll e-mail Tom and see if its worth his while or not.

Slacker, you can call comp directly and ask. I dont know why he told me that. But call this guy Darrel Miles, he is the one who helped me and was much help. He has left for the day today but try him tommarow.

                      Darrel Miles
                      1-800-365-9145
                      ext. 557

Im pretty sure you have to use a duration that comp uses. And I think they dont offer that duration in the extreme energy lobe. I dont know the specifics on what you can use but call Darrell and ask.
