you have two options..

SLP
or
ZZP/Intense

They both give almsot identical gains..

Thus its a matter of if you want to spend the extra $$ for the new aluminum slp ones.. or the much cheeper reworked stock ones that zzp/insense sells..

I cant speek for the SLP ones.. but the ZZP/insense ones that i have worked great for me..

i know a guy that has a project car for pontiac hp, and has worked on and with alot of 3.8's in camaros and gp's and he told me to get the intense 1.9's he sait they will work and will give more power than the reworked rockers they sell.

rockers = easy 10 hp though.. can be done in a day no problem with some basic tools..

plus.. you can probably work them into a cam setup amd make more power! maybe.. I have not really given it too much thought yet..

if you do rockers and cam, you need to mill the valve seal pedastals.. and have a spring that can take that lift.

IMHO.. rockers are $$$$ and NOT worth it. $500 for 10hp?????? that's insane.

Cam is $300, gaskets and parts, $75... so say for $400, you get lope, and much more power.

Just don't screw anything up on the install.

MAGNUS.....what would u recommend me doing, the best bang for the buck method to increase my power?

The BEST bang for the buck mod is nitrous. ~$500 and you can get an easy 100hp.

Rockers, ~$500 and you get 10hp.

Cam, ~$400 and you get 30hp.

I would definately do cam over rockers... Rockers are more dummy-proof though. If you mess up doing a cam you could have major engine problems. If you mess up doing rockers usually you don't ahve major problems.

Supersix offers a head/cam package for a lower price which is more worth the $$$ imho.. If you're trying to save $$$ just do the cam. I wouldn't even consider rockers.

I could install your cam for $$$ no prob.

A cam is alot more involved than rockers.
I think any novice mechanic can handle rockers.

there's a GP going on the SLP rockers.
