Gapping plugs / MSD DIS-4

I just installed my msd dis -4 box yesterday.
WOULD I BENEFIT FROM GAPPING MY PLUGS WIDER THAN STOCK (.035), TO GET A HOTTER MORE POWERFUL SPARK. SECOND WILL THE NEW IGNITION BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT. ANY OTHER TUNING TIPS FOR THE 3.4 WOULD BE APPRECIATED! THANKS
I have a 3.4 camaro, freshly rebuild with the following:

-LT1 TB and custom intake & ported lower intake
-10.7 compression (.030 over)
-fully ported & polished heads
-headers, full exhaust
-msd blaster coils and dis -4

rais the gap slowy i have see the MSD arch .10 before lol....

try .045

what kind of cam do you have in your 3.4? when i put a 206/212 in mine, it made it run rich, i failed my emissions and had to get a waiver, but the msd dis 4 has helped lean it out. sounds like you have a strong 3.4.

i have a COMP custtom grind 224 224 with a 4 degree advance, and 112 lsa, i love it, and so does the car! yeah, i run rich at idle, and i run bosch design 2 19lb ford fuel injecters. i haven't run the car with the msd yet, but it started a lot easier. so the advice is to try gapping them a little at a time, .045. thanks

the stock gap for our cars is .045 so maybe try gapping them more like .050.
