Which cams would be the best for my 3.4L camaro? Do i need anything else to make sure this doesnt mess up my motor? Im new to this stuff, this is my first car.

a cam is not the place to start for you.
you need to open up your exhaust and intake, then bolt on's
my cam was one of the last things that i did. because once you do that your going to have to get some good tuning done.WAWA-A-HOLIC
