ok..out of all cams i think i've narrowed it down to 4 that i would really possibly get..which one would you recommend for me..my mods are on my site and id be running a 75 - 100 shot..just doing cam or can with springs/retainers..
definatly get springs if you get a cam so you can get up to the higher rpms where the cam makes power. id say get whatever one is the biggest :-p.

if it needs a new block..the cam swpa will be nothing because the long block will be sitting there on the floor out of the car..the guy said it would be about an hour to switch cams..
how much time would it take to change springs, retainers, and rods??

I wouldnt take any longer as you have to take them off to swap cams. So they would just put the upgraded parts back instead of the stock ones. I think I would get the GT cam, but I dont know much about nitrous.
either of the GT cams look nice.. AZ3.8Camaro had good results with what was basically the GT2 and a dry 85 shot and he just did the cam and springs ..now im leaning towards one of the ZZP GTs or the Intense blower cam cuz of it's larger LSA
I'm happy with my GT2 cam thus far. Moved the power band WAY up...I really need tuning because at the stock WOT shift point of 5600, the cam is just getting wound up around 5k.
I can't wait to spin it to 6500rpm.

I will agree with Art, though....go with the X-P Hot Cam!
i was looking at the xp cam with springs/retainers..but im concerned that because i run a dry kit..i wont be able to supply the fuel or that my injectors wont be enough..i know Art had to increase his injectors but he runs a wet kit..i currently have 30# injectors
God I love the idle. Plus it will be better for N20 than the GT cams or the 1X cams.
If your still stuck, GT2 with a converter if your an auto. If your manual, no worries.

No. I do believe Zooomer says the GT2 cam wont really be optimal for a turbo. Stattama makes turbo cams.
From what I read on other forums, the XP cam will still give you decent gas mileage if you stay out of high rpms. (basically, dont drive like an ***. :D )
