okay i am getting a comp cam and getting the reatiners and valve springs. Is there anything else I need. Does it take affect if my car is auto. how about gear ratios????? [img]graemlins/stickpoke.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/slap.gif[/img]

Gaskets, new rocker bolts, crank bolts, pretty much everything ZZperformance sells in their "cam install kit"
only thing that may really be affected by the cam and the auto tranny is the shift points, as in how far the cam makes power past the stock rev limiter... I had problems with the car hitting the rev limiter and hesitating every shift until i raised the rev limiter and shift points with hypertech.
wont change the gear ratios, and once again it alldepends on the cam selection...
might help to tell what cam you bought/are looking to buy... -
