I just recently built my motor and everything runs awesome! BUT there is a slight problem i came into. WHen the engine is running it pulls a vacuum on the darn valce cover. when i take the oil cap it is sucked down and i have to pull slighty to get it off and you can hear the sucking noise as it coimes off. then i can hold my hand over the place you put oil and after about 10 seconds it has a suction to it. what is this caused from?

huh? you taking your oil cap off when the car is running?? why??
naturally aspirated engines run at vaccum that's what makes a bunch of the stuff like the brake booster work. Not trying to be an Azz but your post is consfusing. Please use spell check.-Brad

I would have to look at the PCV system but "most" GM motors WILL have vacuum at the oil fill.1996 Silver camaro Z28.
