What would be an optimum air/fuel ratio at idle? (Mine is 14.4:1).

I believe idle normally tends to lean itself out to around 16 or so. If my numbers aren't backwards.

14.4 sounds pretty good.. How did you convert that from the o2 readings? what sim did you base it off of?

I guess this program is gonna be more difficult than I anticipated. No I actually got a reading for it when I went into "fuel system" air/fuel ratio. It told me 14.4:1 at idle. After reading a couple of posts on here and seeing what you just asked me, I wonder now if that was their "optimum number" or my actual ratio.

autotaps reported air/fuel ratio is worthless.. never log it. it doesn't mean anything.

You need to watch your O2's.. b1s1 and b2s1.

I agree with magnus here. everytime I ran that on autotap is was never accurate and seemed to fluctuate alot more then just watching the o2 sensors.

That's a good number. I shoot for about .88-.89 na, and around .92-.93 when spraying.
