Autotap Users, Please HELP!!!

I was looking at how to set up gauges/displays, ect. on the laptop with autotap and my freakin computer locked up with this:

Error, 9-22-9 Subscript out of range, has occurred

Please contact Autotap with this error and description... ect, ect..

What is this BS?? Everything is brand new including the laptop!!!! I can't even log off of the computer right now. :mad:

see.. shuld have got the fujitsu.. like I said..

lol.. I am just playing its allways a crap shoot when buying laptops..

Now to your problem
Its hard to say what is wrong with that error..

Here is my advice
I would take that error.. and email it to them.. they are REALLLLLLLY good about responding to emails..

I use the dos version and V1 hardware. I gave up after the second windows revision.

I just use excel to analyze the data.

Thanks guys.. I forgot to mention that this error came up when the laptop was NOT hooked up to the car. So maybe the software got a misreading? who knows.. I'll contact them today.

its autotap logging error.. what windows version you running?

I only use the dos version.

I'm using Windows XP. I think that error came up because I didn't start the car first and then run the program. (I tried to open the program and then start the car).

is the dos version better? what do you need to read it if you have the dos version? does the windows enhanced version actually work properly? please keep us updated
