Hey..i gotta 2001 3.8 camaro and was wondering where i could get pulleys for it, and does anyone know how much HP that will add??? thnx [img]smile.gif[/img]

Last I heard, nobody makes pullys for the 3.8L. Also, this really belongs in general tech. -
Somebody...might have been Thrasher, but I don't remember for sure...experimented with pulleys for the 3.8 about a year ago. They were only good for 1 or 2 horsepower, though, so the idea was pretty much abandoned.

I read on a pulley manufacturer's site once that they don't make pullies b/c the 3.8 engine was too finnicky for such things, and was dependent on relatively full alternator voltage and water pump speed 100% of the time.

Scratch the thought, our pulleys already produce optimal performance.
