I took off the driver side valve cover and watched and noticed the first valve the guide was all the way up on the valve stem hitting the inside top of the valve spring with every revolution of the motor.

Im sure the valve is in place cause seal is still stuck on the valve just has the broken valve guide with it. as well as the retainera
