James i wasnt trying to affend you, I never said your gears or anything is weeny, I only suggested that with higher numerically gears and sticky tires i bet your car would fly even faster, even though it is very impressive, I meant no harm in anything i said. I understand everyone has different choises but my choice is to have a greater et rather than a better 60ft than anyone, I mean the et is what counts at the end and magnus is a few tenths quicker, well atleast a few, no harm intended in this either. Im just saying that my choice is greater et sorry if i affended you

Offend me, nope.
Weeney gears, I have always called my gears weeney, not you.
I currently run mickey thompson et street 26 x 11.5 x 16's, I think they are kinda sticky.
As for quicker et's, I spun to a 12.49
I am currently spinning to a high 1.7
I have seen a low 1.6
Typically .1 in the 60 is good for .2 in the 1/4 so in theory I should be able to go 12.2
I want drivability of my car.
It is driven everyday.
It gets 30+ mpg
Keith is only .1 quicker right now
I am sure he will try and go faster very soon, we all know the car is capable of it (as long as it holds together, I know about breaking things)

You offend me? Neeever

Back to the original topic though.
Yup, superchips typically does tell people that they are either working on it or they decline people :(

Declining people is a great way to get business

For now, I'd go with Zoomer if money isnt of a concern (and it always is). He has done some impressed stuff on the GTs and GTPs though. Maybe in the future Superchips will get more serious.

There is hope for 98-99 owners yet. Maybe even prior year PCM owners. It's possible to swap a 00-02 PCM into an older car as long as you know what circutry on the sensors changed from year to year. Since there were no major motor changes. In the grand prix (L67) a few members have swapped the newer 98+ PCM into the 97 cars since the newer PCM are easiler to reprogram. The swap would just involve checking plug harness and wire colors and some cutting and soldering. Maybe sinking a cicut here or there on a sensor. Anyone have some pin out diagrams for the 99 and 00 years to compare?

While it may be possible for a '99 to use a 2000+ PCM, the 98 and below still will not be able to. 99+ use a drive by wire throttle while the 98- are cable driven.
