Cheap way to add knock?

You could do the IAT resistor mod, but make it think it's really hot for a degree or two. And a potentiometer would allow you to do this with some adjustability. Good luck with your project www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

I think your talking about taking out timing right? When knock is sensed, the computer pulls out some timing. (retards0. The IAt sensor is the free mod that will add a little more timing (advanced). Hope that helps. ;)Jordan
15.09@90.7
1995 Camaro 3.4 M5

Say the PCM thinks it's 120*, it'll retard the timing.www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

also i have been doing some reading you don't want to add knock cause the pcm has a recovery time and you lose a lot of HP, and soo much other stuff
