for the price of rockers you've got a cam and lifters or springs/restricted pushrods.

i'm not "bashing," just thinking around you.

Who's bashing? We're only giving you our opinions. Did you make the thread thinking no one would give their opinion on the setup?

Anyways, we all have different mind sets on what's best. I'm sure you'll have fun in the car either way.

Sorry, shouldnt have put bashing, I was aggravated about the numerous comments about why no cam, why not this or that whan I said I had limited funds and all. No big deal though, I do appreciate the opinions and as soon as I can get some pics or sound clips I will post em for you all.

I was kinda thinking the same thing, all that and no cam? But i know how it is to be tight on funds and reliability is sometimes a bigger issue then speed. Anyways good luck with your new engine. Let us know how she runs for ya. Got any pics? </font>
yup...i was gonna put in a cam and port the heads and do a valve job while they had it apart anyway but i didnt have money for anything more than the forged components...so i figured it might as well just make it stronger
