do any of you kno him? his company name is Spitzer Automotive.

he has an 12 second fairlane 500, thing is a beast

so back to the question, how exactly do you take off the heads?

You dont have to pull the engine to pull the heads off. Youve got to unplug some stuff and take the intake off and take the exhaust manifolds off. Then go around and find everything connected to the heads. Then unbolt the heads and pull em out. NOt really all that hard. just remember where everything goes LABEL EVERYTHING in some way.

I would think the safest thing is to find a book on your car. A book specifically for your car that tells you how to do things like this. Check your local autopart store for one and if that fails you can always check with a dealer. I have a hard time attempting projects I have never done with out a good book.
