It would be nice but are you sure compcams can put that grind on a 3.8 cam? That might be 3.4 cam specs.

Yup, I called this morning for specs on the 3.8L V6 cams...These cams will take approx. 4 weeks to make. Otherwise, all information is updated and correct. Lemme know if any of you have any questions.

Are they definitely the same ones as the LS1?

If so, I offer about 5 different sets. Lemme know ASAP and I will throw them on the board.

I didnt know those specs were available. That is alot of lift though. You better get some nice springs. Even with 115LSa on a cam with that much duration there is still alot of valve overlap. IT should be nice for your 'charger setup though. I like it.

I will throw the 3.8L Valve springs on right now if that's the case.

I am not certain that all LS1 valvesprings will work but I can tell you for sure these ones do because these are what I am running. I do believe I am running stock locks, retainers with these springs.

i think the 916,942 and 915 work for us also i know the ls1 titanum retainer works if there are more than great. Also what about pushrods.

What info can you all give me about the 3.8L V6 valves other than what's in the Engine Tech section? I.e. How many grooves for the valve locks, what's the valve stem diameter...I am trying to see if the Manley valves for the LS1 will work in your 3.8L V6.
