I know that with mods allready on your car that these will help alot, because you get alot of extra air to the engine yada yada yada. But my question being that my car is bone stock, will just the heads help my car really. If i put on just these heads, no cam, no nothing. Would i see an justifiable improvement. I dont know if anyone has an answer but right now i am running a 15.5 a the track, what could i exspect with these heads? Just trying to feel out weather or not the are worth buying right now.

not much, if anything. The heads aren't the biggest restriction on a stock car. the intake and exhaust are the 2 biggest to start out with. I'm sure u might gain some power in the low to mid range rpm's, but not a lot. If you already have the heads, then put them on, and the intake and exhaust mods will get you even more power than they would w/o the heads.

the heads and cam are sold as a package for a reason, your cam isnt going to let those heads flow anywhere close to what they are meant to flow. Also, if you have a restricted intake and then ported heads leading to a restricted exhaust, you're not doing hardly anything. Even with an intake and exhaust, the heads prob wouldnt do much without a bigger cam, the cam makes all the difference letting the heads flow to their potential, and would be much more beneficial by itself (with intake/exhaust) than the heads by themselves. It is cheaper too!

to correct these two guys answers, you WILL gain HP with just the heads, just with the stock cam you will not use the heads to their full advantage...
