On Thunder Racing's web page they have an OBDII scanner software package that supposedly moniters your sensors in real-time. Has anyone tried this before and had good results? Since my job is electronics related I'm planning on integrating a 486 PC into my car with a video out going to an Alpine indash monitor that is connected to my PCM. Then the OBDII Autotap will hopefully display the info on the indash monitor. Before I spend 800 bucks on the setup I was just wondering if anyone has tried anything close to this before. How well does the software work? Any help would be much appreciated.
On a side note, when I had the car dynoed we ran into the speed limiter every time. How do you get around it?
