Hey so whats that cam going to do for me please help how much of a gain is it noticable at least

Just he CAM itself will not create a large noticeable difference IMHO. You'd want to do the rockers and maybe timing chain while it's all out. All of them work together.
If you just went CAM you might see a 5 to 7 HP gain and that is just my opinion on the feel of the car. Stagen i have the cam, the heads ported and polish and three angle valve job, as well as slightly bored for better seal of the new pistons.
