Is it worth it to port and polish my intake manifold and heads? The car has 130,000 highway miles on it and the engine runs very good. Really my question is, is it worth it or will it just become a headache. I hope this improves my HP and TRQ, because I heard this is where most of the restriction in a 3.4 is.

You're going to want to get a cam to match the heads' flow numbers to make the most out of the porting. I'd say your best bet would be to buy the SuperSix motorsports 3.4L PowerPak after I'm done testing it.

Not worth it unless you're going forced induction and think +15-20hp is worth it.
