well i did a cam install about 3 weeks ago. i still have a fully stock valvetrain. i just ordered new pushrods, springs and retainers from zzperformance.. i'm doing this because my car is shifting much higher now and i don't want crushed springs or anything like that.. how do i go about changing vavesprings, i have the tool to compress then. is this a difficult job..

its pretty simple, I just rotate the motor until the perticular cyl is at TDC and use the spring compressor to squeeze the spring, then you can push against the piston and the retainer will come out, pull it all out, then put the new stuff in.
