Im not sure if i should post this here, but i cant see anywhere else to post this, so...
To the guys down at SLP, Why dont you guys build a package that gives major horsepower, like the guys down at supersix motorsports? just a suggestion.
A friend of mine had a 2000 SLP SS6... Its a limited production (like 100 or so) second sticker cars that have heads, cam, and performance exhaust. I have only seen one of these, it was black and had white SS emblems with a small 6 in the second S... IT was fast as hell... like high 13's low 14's It took stock LS1's and Modified GT's all day. I am not too sure where the car was sold, but it was shipped outta here and sold somewhere in the NJ area. A
Anyone else know of these? It was sold new to my friend, so it wasnt a previously modified car.

fyi high 13s low 14s in a heads cammed ls1 is terrible, i see stock ones run low 13s to mid 13s ive seen two run 12.9s stock, i would be bit***** at slp if i had an ls1 running anywhere near 13s with all that work done, high 13s low 14s in any ls1 is not fast at all.
Longtubes, true duals, ram air, caspers tps tec, ls1 26lb injectors, supersix powerpack, heads milled .020, comp cam .507 220/224 114 ls, forged internals and chromeoly pushrods, bored .030 over, tb spacer, tranny built with stiffer springs and kevlar bands, bigger servo, transgo stage 3 shift kit, edge 3600 stall, 1 pc aluminum ds, 3.73 superior gears, lsd rear ,custom pcm tuning, walbro 255 in tank,
Yeaa i was referring to the v6 and
compared with Super Six Motorsports on their heads/cam/port&olish Package vs. SLPs no real engine package but "we" do have a 10 HP Rocker Arm Package. Come on guys down at SLP...for the 3.8.... ;)

I've been to SLP
I've talked to their head tech
I've met the guy who's car was the test mule for the SLP roller rockers
SLP does not have a v6 w/ heads n cam
This should be relocated, not advanced tech

I do not have pictures, but I know that this car I mentioned was a special order 6 cyl car with SS badges from the dealer...(bought new with 5 miles on the odometer) I am pretty sure it was an SLP thing, but it might have been some kinda dealer package.. but it was cammed and it was fast as crap...
