I heard some people have had slapping problems... I heard from other people tiago had it and double Stacked the gaskets... Has anyone heard of having problems with 1.6 rockers on a 3.4 and how to cure it..?

I think you already answered the question. Also, if you cain stand the tapping sound for a while, eventually the covers will have endentions formed in them & no more tapping.1978 Formula 461 in progress of being built :rock:

I never did have those problems...I have had the roller tipped rocker arms AND the Crane Gold race series rockers. My gold 1.6 rockers knock. I have to get them adjusted.

Make sure they are adjusted properly. I never had any issues with the valve covers.
