• 4 valve heads being produced

Over at the Grand Prix forum, we have gotten Arao (famous maker of 4 valve heads for SBCs) to produce some for the Series II engine. Confirmation has just been given today and info is just starting to come in. for more info check out here: http://www.clubgp.com/newforum/tm.as...mode=1&smode=1
im not 100% sure if our heads will bolt on to yours (do you have a different LIM? but im sure it is a step in the right direction for the series II engine.

Edit: i just talked to zooomer and he said that our heads are interchangable so they would be able to fit too

Well out heads are interchangable to a certain degree... I assume these heads are for GTPs, which they will fit on your block but not bolt up exactly the same...

we just need someone to do a roots blower in a v6

I thought the injector bosses were in the heads on the GTPs?

they are but there are ways to still use them. I still say a hemi head would be better but i will take a look at this.

Yes, they will swap... I've seen a certain v6 f body around here... who doesn't run f body heads on his v6 f body ;)

I hear ya, it looks like a good option but i just cant afford it. I'll stick with my decision to go with abbott.

Are they going to make this work with an OHV setup? Or will they have to work in an OHC valvetrain?

I'm having a hard time picturing how this will work, going OHC would seem more reasonable to fab up than having 24 rocker arms, pushrods, lifters etc. Or is there some way that one rocker actuates two valves in this setup?

they stay ohv, it uses forked rockers to push open both valves at once

this would be amazing if it worked out...imagine the hp gains with these heads p&p'd plus a nice cam. wouldn't even have to be that big. we'd gain a lot more top-end power too wouldn't we? this is so awesome im really excited to see this come to fruition. 300+ hp n/a may not be that far away....

i may have to re-think selling this car
