• Autotap O2 sensor readings. please analyze

I have no idea what I am looking at so I will just post them here
This was taken at idle
Bank 1 Sensor 1: 55mv 56mv 55mv 70mv 75mv
Bank 1 Sensor 2: 455mv 455mv 455mv 455mv 455mv
Bank 1 Sensor 3: 182mv 174mv 178mv 148mv
Bank 2 Sensor 1: 799mv 864mv 829mv 739mv 729mv

Ignition timing advance 20* @ idle

If there are other numbers that are important let me know and I will post them here.

For some reason I could not get a recorded reading while the car was driving.

Bank 1 is running lean. At WOT you want somewhere between 850 and 950.

Use that little shcrader valve tool I gave you to pull the valve out of the fuel rail on the passenger side. Then screw on the fuel press gauge. it should read about 38psi at idle and 45-50 at WOT. If you press the little black button on the gauge, and hold the clear tube, you can shoot hot fuel at people. Get autotap to show you the actual AF ratio. It can do that. Get some WOT runs too.

haha, sounds like fun.

The readings at WOT are more important. As malice said should be around 900.

Ummm I tried to release the pressure in the fuel rail while the car was off and fuel went everywhere. How much fuel usualy comes out? I was worried I was going to catch the car on fire LOL.

I did read autotap for the A/F ratio. It stayed constant at 14.7. But it did go down to as low as 13.1 at a few WOT runs. But during some other WOT runs it never changed from 14.7. Straight line all the way across

It is OK if a fuel shoots everywhere when you take the schrader valve out of the fuel rail. You are relieving like 45 psi of hydraulic pressure.

when the fuel system is done bleeding, clean up the fuel with a rag and screw on the gauge. Start the car and look at it. It should read about 38psi. If you stab the throttle, it ought to jump to 40something psi.

How many miles are on the car? From your A/F description, it sounds like your o2 sensors took a dump. They are about 70 bucks apiece to replace, but they would totally recover your gas mileage. THey would also fix your lean condition. ("if they are the culprit." said colonel Mustard in the study with the candlestick.) ;)

Engine not running, fuel pump on: 48-55 psi.

Shouldn't drop more than 5 psi after 10 minutes of not running.
