    210/214 .450/.450 113 l/s

Those are my cam specs, gained 25rwhp N/A and with a NX 100 shot put down 99 more rwhp for a total of 318 rwhp.

My cam is a reground stock one, (which is now small in the 3.8 world) I would go with a custom grind from Comp. You want more duration on the exhaust side for nitrous use. You should gain at least what I did from a Comp cam, go with more duration and lift and pick up a few more ponies.

Those are great n/a gains but let me get tis straight, with the cam and a 100 shot you only gained 99 hp? shouldnt you have gained atleast that just from the nitrous?

I think he gained the 99 on the shot on top of the 25 hp gains N/A.

as far as the best cam for both you want something close to Ironmans thats a very good cam I was thinking something like

          210/214 113 LSA 109 IC with maybe .507 lift........
maybe a little more duration but I'm sure that would make great power across the board.

How much nitrous you plan to use? If not over 150 I'd say keep it symmetrical.. and at least 212 duration

I think that cam would do very well...

on a 100 shot of nitrous, don't really worry about cam specs.. it's not enough to warrant a change in spec really.. just make sure your exhaust flows good, like headers and a cutout and that should be all you need.

25 hp gain from the cam, which put me at 220rwhp. Then I sprayed the 100 shot and ended up with 319 rwhp.
