I have the BAJA beast from crower for my 3.4. Dont get it!! Mild cam, maybe 2 steps up from stock. Yes, my car is faster, but I could have gone one step bigger. My lope is not that noticable but my 4000+ rpm kick is. Get the 212/212 comp cam or the 212/214 hydraluic hauler from crower.
I tried installing it with my buds. MAN, that damn engine is hard as hell to work with. I ended up taking it to chevy and had them do it for like $1300+.
Advice.... if you do it on your own, TAKE PICTURES of engine before removing parts... use sandwhich bags to save bolts and other small parts in.. BUY 1.6 rocker arms (speed shop was closed and I should have done it)... buy push rods, they have to be replaced any ways so do it, (I had a bent push rod).
the cam was the best mod one could do for our engine, make it worth your while.
My only regrets were the rocker arms and bigger cam... and maybe starting job that I could not finish.
3.4L M5.....TOO MANY MODS TO LIST!!!!!!!<br />Best 1/4.... 15.739 @87.58mph (Before 3.73/lsd)
