No, and Yes!
Well, just No on my car.
But my dad's Impala-SS, it can. There's an extra module that plugs in the bottom and lets you do that.
I assumed that I would be able to do it with my Camaro as well, so I asked them if I needed a different module, or could I swap back and forth with the Impy? I was told that option is only for the LT-1, so maybe it works on LT-1 Camaros, I don't know.

Reprogramming the PCM will clear the ses, but you won't know what you cleared :D
