no vacuum from pcv WTF?

so my new motor is in, turn it on sound sweet
my concern is i did a pcv check where the T connects on the 3.4's, the intake and there is no suction...WTF??? it alos feels like it stalls when you hit the gas and the rpm's are going down it's got me pretty nervous what am i doing wrong or where can the prob be coming from

Is the PCV stuck? If you shake it do you hear the check needle moving?

no it's the pipe that goes to the intake manifold not the crankcase valve

problem is still there
