  • 3.4 pushrods

Aight, so im going to rebuild teh top end of my 3.4. Ill be doing a good bit of work to the heads including having them planed on the bottom for a better seal (taking off as little as possible). Now im also looking at getting roller rockers and redoing the entire valvetrain. I am concerned that I need custom length pushrods as opposed to the factory length units. i'm putting a cam in the motor as well if that makes any difference. I'd prefer the factory length parts (cost, but if my motor would be better off with a custom length, ill just go with them. thanks for the advice.

Everyone that I have known have used stock length pushrods. You could always use a variable length pushrod to see how long you need and then order some, but I know with my combination, stock length ones are working fine.
