ok, since ive done this ill reply:
you need to remove:
1)The Rubber Intake Bellows
2)Upper Y-shaped Plenum
3)Fuel Rail
4)Valve Covers
5)Lower Intake Manifold
7)Disconnect exhaust manifolds (very hard to do, reccomend disconnecting y-pipe and then removing the exhaust manifolds when the heads are out of the car, but they will weigh about 20# more EACH)
8)To get the intake manifold off, you are gonna have to drain some of the coolant out of the engine too.
I believe that's it. if i remember right. there is a sensor in the head (i think water temp) -- but it can be removed later on.
hope this helps.

p.s. get a haynes manual, it details removing the heads while the engine is in the car.

Dont take off the fuel rail. Leave it connected to the upper intake and pull it out as a whole. I dont know if the heads will have room to come out with the exhaust manifolds connected. And I dont think you can get to the head bolts with the exhaust manifolds on. So plan on removing the exhaust manifolds as well. And dont forget to drain oil and coolant before. Remove pushrods and rocker arm's. And what was stated from above post.
