IM looking to start building my engine to reach my goal of a 13 sec naturally aspirated V6 F-body. I found a package on SuperSix, for a set of P&P upper and lower intake and a custom grind cam....I just wanted other opinions on the product. Also want to know if anybody has it instaled and if its worht the $1600 price tag.One last question, what perfromance gains should i expect.

Perhaps the intake porting, but most people consider the cam junk compared to other aftermarket cams like the GT. I think SSM's stuff is overpriced, and their stage 2 stuff probably died on the drawing board, it's been a long time since they started offering their first package.2002 Black Firebird:
A4, Y87, W68, T-tops
Best NA ET: 15.16 @ 90
http://members.cardomain.com/darksde02

honestly there are other palces you can go to get P&P heads as well..
i know thrasher does them.. and i belive zzp and intense do as well..
or you can get them done localy at alot of performance shops..
IMO look around at local places see what they charge and what they can do.. then look for other options online..

Differences in flow numbers happen. And until they are flowed side-by-side, on the same bench, using the same technique, it's not fair to either company to compare them.
And in SSM's defense, their prices are VERY reasonable. Most aftermarkets, including the LS1's, for a set of good aftermarket heads you could expect to pay at least $1500. Then add on ported/matches intakes and a camshaft....It gets pricey quick!www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!
