Alright, so my problem is getting worse.
Its ticking more, and bogging a lot throughout the driving range.
We hooked on a snap-on computer to the ecm and all the sensors are fine.
New fuel pump and filter.
Alright so I got this tick, which my uncle said is either a pushrod or rocker arm.
Heres what it does. it will tick a bit at idle but if you hold it at 2000rpm it will sound like this.
Nothing,nothing, tickticktick, nothing,nothing and it loops like that.
What do you guys think? This could be what is causing my bogging right?
We used a stethescope (sp) and its coming from the front of the passenger valve cover.
He said that this would cause power loss and bogging. He said that they could just be loose and need to be tightened.
And If I do rebuild the top end what all can I replace by JUST removing the valve cover?
