Looking to do some good stuff and get some!

Well im looking into getting lots of in-depth engine work done..


and I want to add in High Performance stuff.. I got like 106k on the clock..

and need lifters..

so what are some good ways to go about this..

I want to get lots of High performance stuff done..

I wanna do some things like ... Cam,ported everything, heads, headers, intake, lifters, probally pistons and rings..

I want stuff that will make some nice power!!

post up what all do people normally do on a rebuild?

if you want to get a cam, let that be the last thing you do. only because when you pick out a cam it has to work well with your other mods in order to get the most out of it. look at zzperformance.com
if you want better flow and don't want to spend all your money, just pull out your heads and what not and get them port and polished.
headers are easy to pick, cause there is only i think 2 to choose from. pacesetter, and rk sport.
intake will be easy since that is just a bolt on.
everything else, sorry i haven gotten that far on a v6 camaro yet. sorry. good luck.

You should also get rockers to compliment the cam and the lifters/springs/valves. Zzperformance.com claims 10-15 HP out of the rockers alone, but they will work a hell of a lot better when pairing them with other strengthened internals.
